Program name and description
The text-message program is called Whitova Shade Notes (the "Program"). It is operated by Whitova, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. If you opt in, we deliver recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you given with educational information about oral health, dental care basics, and ways to save on dental care, confirmations and service messages, and (only if you separately agree) promotional announcements about new guides and resources.
Whitova is not a dental or medical provider. Choosing dental care is your own decision.
How to opt in
You can join by completing the form on our Get Started or SMS Notifications page and checking one or both of the separate, unchecked consent boxes: (1) informational texts, and (2) promotional texts. You can also text START to join at 877-270-1732. We then send a confirmation text saying you’re enrolled in Whitova Shade Notes. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to use the Services or to buy anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
